In short
Pink Shadow is the only SeaXplorer 58 Damen has built and the first SeaXplorer constructed at its Antalya yard; she was delivered in 2023 as the third yacht of the range, after Anawa and La Datcha (Y.CO, Boat International). Her hull is ice-classed, and she holds IMO Polar Code Category B certification under Lloyd's Register class, although her exact Polar Class notation has not been published (Damen Yachting, NAVIS). With 5,000 nautical miles of range at 11.5 knots and 30 days of autonomy, she carries two Rupert R9 tenders, road and off-road vehicles, motorcycles and an 11.4-metre sailboat, and her helideck doubles as cargo space (Boat International, YachtBuyer, Damen Yachting). During the build her owner had the stern reworked around a glass-sided pool and fold-down sides, and side-launched tenders replaced a planned slipway (Dockwalk).

Specifications
- Ice class
- Ice-class hull according to the builder; NAVIS reports Lloyd's Register classification and IMO Polar Code Category B certification, citing strengthened propulsion, Polar Class heavy-ice hull strengthening and icebreaking capability. The exact Polar Class notation has not been published
- In ice, in practice
- Category B is the IMO's category for ships designed to operate in polar waters in at least thin first-year ice, which may include old ice inclusions; Category A covers at least medium first-year ice. No ice or polar voyage by Pink Shadow has been reported: Y.CO offers her for Antarctic charters, and YachtBuyer notes that she was designed with warmer regions in mind
- Helicopter
- One certified helideck on the aft upper deck; Y.CO describes it as a touch-and-go pad, while YachtBuyer says a helicopter can be carried on board and secured for passages. The railings fold flat so the deck also stows vehicles and tenders. No hangar, and the certification standard and maximum helicopter weight have not been published "Commercially registered helipad" in Boat International (2026)
- Tenders
- Two 9-metre (28 ft) Rupert R9 RIBs, one with outboards and one with diesel inboards, plus a rescue tender and jet skis. Gantry cranes on either side of the main deck handle the tenders; this side-launch system replaced the slipway planned before the owner's changes
- Vehicles and other craft
- Road and off-road vehicles, motorcycles and a custom 11.4-metre performance sailboat. In 2024 her captain said the helideck was carrying a car, two motorbikes and a container, lifted by a large knuckle-boom crane
- Support vessel
- None reported for this yacht. The owner's earlier Damen yacht support vessel, the 2019 YS 4508 also named Pink Shadow, is now Bad Company Support
- Endurance
- 30 days of autonomy; wastewater tanks that give her access to zero-discharge zones; accommodation for two expedition staff

- Guests and crew

- Where she has been
- After delivery she set off on her maiden voyage to the Mediterranean (August 2023). By mid-2024 she had spent several weeks in the Caribbean, including St Barths, and in September 2024 she was shown at the Monaco Yacht Show. Her captain then planned a charter season from Uruguay down to Ushuaia and Patagonia; that voyage has not been confirmed. In December 2025 the Boat International directory reported her most recently spotted in the South Atlantic off Brazil. For summer 2026 Boat International listed her as available for charter in France and Italy
- Build history
- Damen laid the hull on speculation, which took about a year off the build for the owner who bought her during construction. At the owner's request the yard reworked the aft end with a larger swim platform, a glass-sided pool, fold-down side bulwarks and side-launched tenders. She was launched by February 2023, completed sea trials in April and was delivered in August 2023 (Lloyd's Register date of build 1 August 2023), the third SeaXplorer after Anawa and La Datcha. No refit has been reported Boat International reported the delivery on 7 August 2023; Damen announced it on 21 August 2023
- Charter

- Owner
- Reported to be owned by Hans Georg Näder (Dockwalk, August 2024), who also owns the sailing yacht Pink Gin VI. Registered owner in the Lloyd's Register: SX-58 GmbH & Co KG
